This Access Reference Document (ARD) Version 1.0, effective 30 September 2005, is made by ARL HomeComm Sdn Bhd (Company No. 412255-P) (formerly known as ARL Home Communications Sdn Bhd), in compliance with subsection 5.3.2 of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No. 2 of 2005, which came into force on 1 July 2005.
